Drive-Thru Lab Services
In order to help protect the health and safety of those we serve, KSB will be offering convenient drive-thru laboratory services for high-risk and immunocompromised patients. Please call ahead to (815) 288-7711 extension #2215 to schedule your appointment.
We ask that patient exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 to please refrain from using the drive-through laboratory and advise them to please contact their primary care physician if they have not already done so.
Due to current mask guidelines put in place by the State of Illinois, please wear a mask during your drive-thru lab appointment.

Available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Location
Drive-Thru laboratory services are being offered at the KSB Hospital Lab Center, located at Town Square Centre. Please use the Upper Lot #2 parking, which is located off of West 2nd Street. Once you arrive, please pull up to the designated signage and one of our phlebotomists will be out to assist you.
