Katherine Shaw Bethea Hospital, recognizing that health care is a very important aspect of life, looks for those who are committed to a career in providing better health for residents living in our service area by providing financial assistance in the form of a scholarship for their education. KSB hopes to encourage and assist hospital employees and individuals in the community interested in reaching their career goals in a healthcare related field.
KSB Hospital is known by the motto “It’s The People,” and when it comes to our volunteers, this is no exception. Many individuals find that volunteering at KSB Hospital offers an opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life and experience the joy of reaching out to others. Our volunteers come from all walks of life, but there is one thing that each of them shares, and that is the pride they have in being an integral part of KSB.
The focus of KSB Fund Development is to provide resources for KSB Hospital and KSB Medical Group for equipment, programs, and services that would otherwise not be possible. Through fundraising efforts and community education, the KSB Fund Development helps keep healthcare providers and their communities in tune with each other’s needs.
