How does KSB Anywhere Care work?
When you have a medical concern, you will log on to KSB Care Anywhere, select your primary concern, and answer a series of questions based on your symptoms. After your online intake is complete, a KSB provider will review your questionnaire and respond with a diagnosis, treatment plan, and education.
When virtual care is not suitable for your condition, KSB Care Anywhere will help guide you to the most appropriate level of care, such as Urgent Care or the Emergency Department.
How will I access KSB Care Anywhere?
You will be able to access virtual care services using your computer or mobile devices. Patients who have a KSB Patient Portal account will also be able to access services through their portal website.
What if I need a prescription?
If medication is appropriate, a prescription(s) will be sent to you electronically where you will be able to send it to your preferred pharmacy for pick-up with just one click.
