Kaitlyn Nease – Human Resources, Manager of Talent Strategy

The newest member of the HR Team, Kaitlyn Nease, was one of ten interns in KSB’s first internship class in the summer of 2011. While her career took her to a large healthcare organization in North Carolina, Kaitlyn had always considered returning to work at KSB should she return to her hometown. When the opportunity arose in the Human Resources department, Kaitlyn knew she would be an excellent fit for the Manager of Talent Strategy role.
