Investing in technology to improve the patient experience is a primary goal in the KSB Strategic Plan. Across the organization, systems and software are being implemented to build robust capabilities for both providers and patients. The Patient Portal will gain additional functionality over time, but it’s being implemented now for evaluation and feedback from select patients.
Currently the KSB Patient Portal is accessible by invite only. As we continue to develop our technology and support capabilities, the portal will become more powerful and open.
