Part of the KSB Brain Health Series

Fear and uncertainty can leave you feeling stressed, anxious, and powerless over the direction of your life. If you feel overwhelmed by uncertainty and worry, KSB wants you to know that you’re not alone. Join KSB social workers, Julie Ammon, with a focus on adults, and Jessi West, with a focus on the adolescent population, as they share tips to help you to:

  • Focus on controlling those things that are under your control
  • Challenge your need for certainty
  • Learn to better tolerate, even embrace, the inevitable uncertainty of life
  • Reduce your anxiety and stress level

It’s important to realize that no matter how helpless and hopeless you feel right now, to face uncertainty in life can also help you learn to adapt and overcome challenges!

Please tune in at 6:00 pm via Facebook at www.facebook.com/ksbhospital. Our presenters will be available to answer questions during the video presentation.
