With Ben Nemtin – mental fitness advocate and co-founder of MTV’s The Buried Life movement.

A decade ago, Ben Nemtin was knocked off his feet by a heavy depression. In an attempt to feel more alive, he and his three friends scribbled 100 dreams on a piece of paper and created the world’s greatest bucket list. From playing basketball with President Obama to placing a record-breaking $250,000 bet on roulette, this bucket list quest grew into a global movement.

Ben’s journey, featured on MTV’s The Buried Life has inspired millions to strive for greatness and his message of radical possibility through the ‘5 Steps to Making the Impossible Possible’ leaves audiences not only inspired, but equipped to tackle the seemingly insurmountable.
