An event every month that begins at 1:30 pm on day Fourth of the month, repeating until December 21, 2023
Each month, join Dr. John Plescia on the 2nd and 4th Thursday at 1:30 pm for an hour of walking, stretching, and health education.
Participants can meet at Pinecrest Community Center and all fitness levels are invited to join! No registration required.
