In 2019, KSB Hospital’s “Project OPEN” was awarded $1,000,000 to develop innovative solutions and strategies to address the opioid epidemic and substance use disorders in the area.
Partnering with over 30 agencies across Lee, Ogle, and Whiteside Counties, a number of local, regional, and statewide initiatives have been developed to help families and communities prevent, treat, and recover from the devastating impacts of addiction.
