The death of a loved one is a difficult experience. Don’t be afraid to ask for help if you are having a difficult time moving forward after a loss. You are not alone!
“Easing The Pain Of Loss- Grief Support Group” offers a different quality of support and connection that comes from being with people who have also recently experienced a loss. We will provide emotional support, validation, and education about grief.
Come share your personal experiences and feelings, learn coping strategies, and gain the support of a community that can relate.
This group meets the second Thursday of each month from 4:00 – 5:00 pm on the 2nd Floor Conference Room at Town Square Centre. No RSVP necessary.
