I choose to work at KSB because … I had heard from another employee how great the family feel was here. Coming from a larger hospital organization, I can feel the tight knit atmosphere here at KSB and it is nice walking into work and truly feeling appreciated. Since day one, I have always been greeted with smiles from other employees and no matter what department, everyone is treated as equals.
