This class covers a variety of topics including Preparing for Birth, Postpartum/Baby Boot Camp, and Infant Nutrition and Breastfeeding. A Physical Therapist will also be on hand to give you tips on exercising during your pregnancy. Class will include a full day’s worth of information that begins at 9:00 a.m. and will end at approximately 2:00 p.m. Class is held in Conference Room 1 of the Annex. Conference Room 1 is located on the 2nd flood of the Annex, directly across from Human Resources.
Sibling Prenatal is not covered. If you are interested in having your children participate, please contact Human Resources at 815-285-5606.
The cost of the class is $25 per couple.
